GENERAL
  • What time are check-in and check-out?

    • Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.

  • Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

    • Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

  • How much do you charge for Wi-Fi internet access?

    • Wi-Fi access is complimentary.

  • What are the options for parking?

    • We offer valet parking at $30 per night, plus tax.

  • Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

    • Yes, the front desk will hold them for you until you're ready.

  • Do you offer free shuttle service to and from the Sea-Tac International Airport?

    • No, we don’t offer shuttle service to the airport. Please call our Front Desk for alternate options.

  • Do you provide cribs?

    • We provide portable pack & plays at no additional cost.

  • What if we have more than two adults in our guestroom?

    • Each additional person is $25 per night— a maximum of four people per room.

POLICIES
  • What is the guestroom cancellation policy?

    • We've adapted our cancellation policy for any reservation through September 30, 2020 can be changed or canceled without penalty by 3:00 pm 24 hours prior to arrival. Please call our reservations team at 206.282.7407 to make changes or cancellations

    • For new bookings after September 30, 2020, reservations must be canceled by 3:00 pm 24 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations canceled after 3:00 pm 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.

    • If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night plus tax.

  • Is the MarQueen pet-friendly?

    • Dogs are welcome at the MarQueen Hotel for a non-refundable fee of $20 per night, $100 maximum. Dog-friendly rooms are limited, subject to availability, and weight restrictions. Advance reservations are required.

  • Is smoking allowed on property?

    • MarQueen is a non-smoking facility.

RESERVATIONS​​
  • What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?

    • They are 10.1% sales tax and 8.6% lodging tax.

  • What is the credit card authorization at check-in?

    • At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $50 USD per night with a maximum of $300 in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, tax, plus incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure.

    • If you choose to check in using a debit card the authorized funds noted above are actually deducted from your checking account when you check in, so please keep that in mind when choosing to use a debit card.

    • If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 206.282.7407. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

    • Yes, guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in.

  • Does the hotel have ADA accessible rooms?

  • I booked on a website other than marqueen.com and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

    • Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

AMENITIES
  • Do you have a business center?

    • Yes, we have a business center located in our lobby.

  • Do you have a restaurant onsite?

    • For the safety of our guests and team members, we have temporarily suspended operations at The Tin Lizzie Lounge.

  • I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the guestroom, how can I do this?

    • We are happy to assist with these requests, please give us a ring at 206.282.7407 to discuss available options.

WHILE YOU’RE HERE
  • What's the best way to settle my account?

    • All personal accounts are payable at or before checkout time. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We accept cash only upon checkout.

  • Do you offer dry clean services?

    • Yes, laundry service is available Monday through Friday. Please bring your laundry or dry cleaning to the Front Desk by 8:00 am for same day service.

  • Where are the ice bins located?

    • Please contact the Front Desk and one of our team members will deliver it to you.

  • I lost an item or I found an item, what should I do?

    • If you lose or find an item, please immediately contact the Front Desk for assistance.

  • Do you offer luggage assistance?

    • Yes, we would be delighted to assist, please contact Front Desk and one of our team members will assist you.

  • Are you able to mail something for me?

    • Out-bound mail may be left at the Front Desk for pick up. You may purchase postage stamps at the Front Desk. If you require UPS, FedEx, or International shipping, please contact the Front Desk.

  • What restaurants, bars, attractions, and shopping are nearby?

    • With our ideal location in the historic Queen Anne neighborhood, we are minutes from Seattle’s top attractions and walking distance from local eateries and bars.
